Beef

Our premium quality beef is grown with no-added hormones and grass fed throughout the year. All of the calves that we grow are born and raised on our farm or grass-fed calves that we buy from local farms. Throughout the summer, the cows and their calves graze the pastures in the northern hills, receiving all the nutrients that they need. In the fall, the calves are weaned from their mothers and fed high quality grass hay. Three months before the beef are ready to be processed, they are fed grain which helps with the marbling and flavoring of the meat. If any calf needs treatment for an illness, they are nurtured back to health and not sold for human consumption. All of our beef on our farm are two years or younger when processed, ensuring that each cut is as tender as possible.
